Samantha Ostisha Jhustena Smith, 29, of Charleston, WV, went home Thursday, March 16, 2020 at a hospital in Roanoke, VA.
She attended South Charleston High School and worked as a waitress.
She is survived by sons, Isaiah & Urijah Smith; mother and stepfather, Cheryl and Matthew Schaffer; father, Aubrey Smith; and sister, Roberta Jolene Smith.
I don’t know what happened to my little sister noone has told me what happened to her but I know that I cry everyday without her ? I’m torn without her I miss u so much sissy she was my sister she was my best friend but she was so much more she was half of my heart we were all each other had someday sissy someday I will see u again
