PHILLIP M. LOVEJOY, 52, OF WOODVILLE DIED TUESDAY, JANUARY 30, 1996 AT CAMC MEMORIAL DIVISION AFTER AN APPARENT HEART ATTACK.
HE WAS A RETIRED DOZER OPERATOR WITH BURDETTE CONSTURCTION IN SO. CHARLESTON. HE WAS PRECEDED IN DEATH BY HIS FATHER, KESSEL LOVEJOY.
HE IS SURVIVED BY HIS WIFE, DOROTHY; 3 STEP-DAUGHTERS: SANDRA HAGER AT HOME; REVA WOODRUM AT HOME; REBA MCGHEE OF SPURLOCKSVILLE, WV; 2 STEP-SONS: TERRY HAGER OF WOODVILLE, WV; RODNEY HAGER AT HOME; 2 SONS: RUSSELL LOVEJOY OF ALKOL, WV; DOUG LOVEJOY OF FLAT CREEK, WV; 1 DAUGHTER: TAMMY LOVEJOY OF FLAT CREEK, WV; MOTHER: BLANCHIE LOVEJOY OF WOODVILLE, WV; 3 SISTERS: MARCELLA STOWERS OF GRIFFITHSVILLE, WV; LYNN ADKINS OF WOODVILLE, WV; PAT HENSLEY OF COLLIERS, WV; 4 BROTHERS: ELVIS LOVEJOY OF WOODVILLE, WV; ORVILLE LOVEJOY OF WOODVILLE, WV; EDWARD LOVEJOY OF MICHIGAN; PAUL LOVEJOY OF ALUM CREEK, WV; 13 GRANDCHILDREN.
SERVICES WILL BE HELD AT CURRY FUNERAL HOME, ALUM CREEK, ON THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 1, 1996 AT 1:00 PM WITH REV. EMORY DICK LINVILLE OFFICIATING. BURIAL WILL BE HELD IN THE MOORE FAMILY CEMETERY, SUMERCO. FRIENDS MAY CALL AT THE FUNERAL HOME ON WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 31, 1996 FROM 6 TO 8 PM.
