CLINE ALFORD, 84 OF ALUM CREEK, DIED TUESDAY, OCTOBER 17, 1995 AT MCCORMICK’S PERSONAL CARE HOME IN ST. ALBANS AFTER A LONG ILLNESS.
HE WAS A MEMBER OF BIBLE CENTER CHURCH, CHARLESTON AND HE WAS A RETIRED CHEMICAL OPERATOR FROM UNION CARBIDE, SO. CHARLESTON.
HE IS SURVIVED BY: 1 DAUGHTER: BETTY TURLEY OF ALUM CREEK, WV; 3 SONS: DARRELL ALFORD OF RICHMOND, VA; JACK ALFORD OF SO. CHARLESTON, WV; GARY ALFORD OF ALUM CREEK, WV; 1 BROTHER: ELLIS ALFORD OF SCOTT DEPOT, WV; 1 SISTER: FAYE CHANDLER OF SO. CHARLESTON, WV; 6 GRANDCHILDREN; 10 GREAT GRANDCHILDREN.
SERVICES WILL BE HELD AT CURRY FUNERAL HOME, ALUM CREEK, ON FRIDAY, OCTOBER 20, 1995 AT 11:00 AM WITH PASTOR FRANK CHAPMAN AND JAMES MCQUERREY OFFICIATING. BURIAL WILL BE HELD IN FORKS OF COAL MEMORIAL PARK, ALUM CREEK. FRIENDS MAY CALL ON THURSDAY, OCTOBER 19, 1995 FROM 6:30 TO 8:30 PM.
