Life seems so short. Marvin made good use of his time here and we enjoyed his company anytime we were able to get to West Virginia. It seems only a short time ago when we were at his house with my sister, Karen, her husband and Jack Worstell. We went to the Bell Farm across the road, which is so different now, and also went to the McClure Cemetery where his body will rest with the rest of his family. May he rest in peace.

Marvin touched many lives during his life on Earth. both young and old! He will be long remembered by everyone who had the privilege of knowing him. My deepest sympathy to his family and friends.
Hugs and prayers to the McClure family. Marvin was a good man and friend to all of us who lived up Porter Fork road. He had some good times riding his trail bike up behind his house. Marvin was always busy with something. He was always there if you needed help. He will always be remembered. God bless!

Condolences and prayers to all of the Marvin McClure family. I am comforted by having visited, sonewhat recently, Marvin at home with my husband Edward and my sister Jean and other family. Marvin was charming and rightfully proud of his continuing artistic gift. I have many treasured memories of playing at my father Harley Worstell’s only sister Aunt Gladys’s home and my cousin Lana Gail. Then more experiences as an adult visiting and seeing Marvin’s airplane and having Thanksgiving dinner with him. The Worstell clan will have a wonderful place in heaven, of this I am sure. Love to you all — in spirit this time as we cannot personally come; my husband is going through rounds of testing at the VA Medical Center. Karen
Share I am so sorry for your loss Marvin was a good man. It’s always hard to lose a parent no matter what the age, but you have your memories.
We are so very sorry to hear of your Dad’s passing. He struggled with his declining health for quite sometime; but he still managed to be at our church services whenever he possibly could come. That was indeed, remarkable with all the effort he had to endure to come.
Be comforted to know, he is resting with your Mother and all your loved ones that have passed, and are now in the sweet arms of our Lord in Paradise.
May God Bless your family during this difficult time and in the future.
So sorry for your families loss, mom and dad truly loved your parents! I will be praying for your family as you say good bye to your patriarch!
