Jackson Lee Huffman, 86, of Alkol WV, passed away on Friday, June 13th, 2025.
Jackson was a heavy equipment operator for Pittston Coal Company. He was a member of Sycamore Grove Missionary Baptist Church and Trinity Baptist Church at Ruth.
He was born February 14th, 1939, to the late Oak and Rebel Huffman. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his first wife Brenda Huffman; brother JD Huffman; sisters Janet Chambers and Josephine Street; and granddaughter Jessica Huffman.
He is survived by his second wife, Carol Huffman; brother Sammy Huffman; sisters Bonnie Jones and Debbie Clark; 3 sons and their spouses, Mark and Kimberly, Craig and Delphia, Brian and Cora; grandchildren Joshua (Shannon), Zachary (Moregan), Matthew (Jessica), Heather (Michael), Jeremy, Anna, and Timothy (Savannah); eleven great grandchildren, and a host of other family and friends.
Funeral service will be 1:00pm, Friday, June 20, 2025, at Curry Funeral Home, Alum Creek with Pastors Clint Craddock and Gene Pauley officiating. Burial will follow at Huffman Cemetery, Alkol. Friends and family will gather one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
