James Lee “Jimmy” Clendenin, 79, of South Charleston, passed away Tuesday, December 21, 2021, at CAMC Hospice.
Jimmy retired from the painter’s Union.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Clifford and Deloris Clendenin; daughter, Cindy Clendenin; brothers, Steve, Frankie, Robert and Bill Clendenin; sisters, Beverly Donahue Clendenin and Reba Kuhn.
Jimmy is survived by son, Scott Dixon of Cartersville, GA; brothers, Kelly, Doug, and Harold Clendenin; sisters, Susie Clendenin, Patty Clendenin, Brenda Dunbar, and Shelly Clendenin; several grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
It was Jimmy’s wish to be cremated and there will be no service. He will be laid to rest in Brounland Cemetery, Alum Creek.
