Terry and Family, I have just loved Carolyn since the day I met her over 34-35 years ago and I will always remember the day I met her. You ask me when you see me, it’s a Carolyn story that can’t be publicized! You know Carolyn. Love her so much and will miss her so much. I just saw her the other day and we hugged and hugged, I was glad to see her looking so good. I just cannot tell you how much I valued her friendship. The whole family has been blessed to have had such a wonderful wife, mommy and grandmommy. Her friends have been blessed with one of the finest friends ever!! Not everyone has such a special person in their lives!
Terry Our thoughts and Prayers are with you and the Family we are Truly sorry for your Loss Carolyn was a wonderful Person she surely will be missed not only by Family but by Friends .
Terry and the rest of the family,I know how you are hurting right now, as am I. Please cherish all the wonderful memories we have made and shared with Carolyn. During the last 15 years that I have loved Carolyn, we have been the best of friends. As Anita said, me and Carolyn were “joined at the hip”. I thank God so much for our friendship, because you don’t find a friendship like we had very often. She always told me she didn’t want me crying over her when she was gone (sorry, can’t help it), but give her a sad situation and she was the first to cry!! I will miss her so much, and I will think about her often (even with a heavy heart I can smile thinking about our good times together). Lord thank you for letting her come into my life, I loved her dearly.
Terry and family I am heartbroken by the news of Carolyn’s passing. She was like a little sister to me while growing up. I always spent part of the summer with her. She was always fearless and the ringleader in many of our escapades. She was the one who could snap grandpa’s bullwhip when she was about 7 or 8. She was able to blow his hunting horn made out of a cow’s horn (and boy did we get into trouble with grandpa because of it). We fished the river and listened to KOMA at night while lying in bed. We picked gallons of blackberries each summer and helped pick vegetables from Aunt Rosie’s garden. She was also great at looking pitiful so that people would give her nickels in the store so we could play pinball. I’ll miss our Dollbaby but I’ll remember all the adventures we had together over the years.
Ron, I’m so sorry for the loss of your mom. Know that you will be in my thoughts.
With deepest sympathy, Sherry and Cody Richards
