Francis Sue “Frankie” Williams, 69, of Charleston died Monday, May 26, 2014 at home.
She is survived by her daughter, Hattie (Bill) Rock of Alum Creek.
There will be no services.

Frankie I was so shocked and sad when I heard the news of your passing. You always had a kind word for me, I will miss you so much, and sad I won’t see your beautiful green eyes anymore.
I was truly sorry to hear about Frankie’s passing. She was always so friendly to me while I lived in the apartment building. She will be missed by many.
I was both saddened and shocked to hear of Frankie’s passing. She was always so vibrant and feisty and always made me laugh. I will miss her dearly.
