HE IS SURVIVED BY: HIS WIFE MARY; 1 DAUGHTER: KIM WALKER OF CROSS LANES, WV; 1 BROTHER: ROY JACK HAYNES OF SO. CHARLESTON, WV; 2 GRANDCHILDREN: LOGAN; PATRICIA.

MEMORIAL SERVICES WILL BE HELD AT 2:00 PM ON TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 19, 1996 AT THE CURRY FUNERAL HOME CHAPEL IN ALUM CREEK WITH PASTOR GENE PAULEY OFFICIATING. BURIAL WILL BE HELD IN THE PAULEY FAMILY CEMETERY, SO. CHARLESTON. THE REMAINS HAVE BEEN CREMATED AND THERE WILL NOT BE A VISITATION.
