Helen Wilson, 66, of Hamlin passed away Tuesday, April 4, 2023, at home.
She was a homemaker.
Helen was preceded in death by her husband, Gilbert Dime Wilson, Jr.; father, Matej Triska; mother, Anna Jirsova Triska; son, Christopher Wilson; and brother, Peter Triska.
She is survived by daughter, Angela Cornell; sons, Greg Wilson, Dime Wilson, Nick Wilson, & Josh Wilson; brothers, Karl Triska, Matej Triska, & David Triska; sisters, Sonja Shy & Irene Garces; 10 grandchildren; many great grandchildren; and nieces, nephews, and family members.
In keeping with Helen’s wishes, she will be cremated and a memorial service will be scheduled at a later date.
We are so sorry to hear about the recent passing of my cousin Helen. We spent time together in New Jersey in the 60s when Uncle Matej visited my mother Karla Pikna and family. They previously worked on the high wire together in Europe and the US. We played as kids then in New Jersey with Helen, Sonja, Irene, Matej Jr., Peter, David, and Karel and have fond memories of those times. I remember Helen back then as being very kind and loving life.
Please accept our deepest heartfelt sympathies for all of Helen’s family and loved ones since we will not be able to travel from Colorado for the service.
