Exlee J. Saul Gillenwater, 74, of Yawkey, died Tuesday, July 20,1999 at home after a long illness.

She was a homemaker and attended the Griffithsville Church of Christ, Beech Grove Baptist and was a life long resident of Lincoln County.

She is survived by her: 2 Sons: Billy C. Saul ofGriffithsville, WV; Kevin “Butch” Saul of Sumerco, WV; 1 Daughter: Sheree L. Hamilton of Nitro, WV; 1 Step-Daughter: Judy Porter of Clermont, FL; 3 Brothers: Charles Edward Settle of Yawkey, WV; Kenneth “Skee” Settle of Edens Fork, WV; Tom Settle of Yawkey, WV; 5 Grandchildren; and 5 Great Grandchildren.

Services will be held at Curry Funeral Home, Alum Creek, on Friday, July 23, 1999 at 1 I :00 AM with Minister Charles McKinney officiating. Burial will be held at Orchard Hills Memory Gardens, Yawkey. Friends may call on Thursday, July 22, 1999 from 7 to 9 at the funeral home.

David L. Roberts, 59, of Olcott died Saturday, July 17, 1999 at home after a short illness.

He was a retired installer of AT&T and Lucent Technology in Charleston with 28 years of service.

Graveside services will be 1:00 PM on Tuesday, July 20, 1999 at Graceland Memorial Park, South Charleston with James McCallister officiating. Thomas L. “Bear” Lucas, 49, of Griffithsville died Friday, July 16, 1999 at home after a short illness.

He was a welder with the Boiler Makers Local #667, a 1970 graduate of Nitro High School, a member of the St. Albans Moose Lodge, and a former board member of the Great Oaks Farms, Garretts Bend.

He is survived by his: Wife: Janice; 2 Daughters: Meredith Tucker of Poca, WV; Sha VanHorn of Columbus, OH; Mother and Step-Father: Wilma and Bennie Wisnewski of Dunbar, WV; 1 Brother: Ralph Lucas, Jr. of Cross Lanes, WV; 3 Grandchildren.

Services will be held at Curry Funeral Home, Alum Creek, on Monday, July 19, 1999 at 1:00 PM with Father Patrick McDonough officiating. Burial will be held in McDowell Cemetery, Garretts Bend. Friends may call on Sunday, July 18, 1999 from 7 to 9 PM at the funeral home. Graveside services will be held at Orchard Hills Memory Gardens, Yawkey, on Friday, July 2, 1999 at 7:00 AM with Pastor Frank Chapman officiating. There will not be a visitation.
