Franklin D. Harris, 71, of South Charleston passed away Wednesday, July 26, 2006 at CAMC Memorial Division after a short illness.
He was retired from the ABC Commission for the State of WV and L&E Grocery in St. Albans.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Elba & Lina Bird Harris; and brother, Ivan Harris.
He is survived by:

Service will be 11:00 AM Saturday, July 29, 2006 at Curry Funeral Home, 2097 Childress Road, Alum Creek with Minister Jeff Ranson officiating. Burial will be in Thaxton Cemetery, South Charleston. Friends may call from 7 to 9 at the funeral home.
