My daughter knew Brittany from school, and as a mother myselft, I had to take time to say I am so sorry. I can’t imagine your pain. It’s comforting to know that Jesus showed us that he has all authority over death by resurrecting different ones while he was on earth. He promises to do the same for us. I recently lost my brother, dad, a dear aunt and a special friend, and I found that it is very hard to get through. But I made good use of the gift of prayer and I kept reading comforting scriptures in the Bible which helped me greatly. I thought I’d share some of those scriptures with you and I hope you get a chance to read them. Please know you are in the thoughts of many people around here, whether we have ever met or not.
Psalms 37:10, 11, 29
Isaiah 25:8
John 5:28, 29
John 11:25
Acts 24:15

Thank you so much for your kind words. I’m sorry for your loss as well, I know what it feels like to loose family members so close to you. I can’t describe what it feels like really to lose one of your children. I know that I feel like I’ve had a big part of my heart ripped right from my chest and it just hurts so bad.
