Today marks 4 years since the passing of my dear Niece Rhonda. She and I grew up together very close all of her life we spoke nearly every day. Rhonda is my brother Frank’s child and my Mom’s first grandchild. My Mom babysat Rhonda in our home when she was a baby and I was a teenager then. What a joy she always will be to me. When Rhonda left home as young adult she came and lived with my Mom, her paternal Grandmother. The bond that Rhonda and I shared has always been a blessing to me. We shared the heartache of our broken family. Tragic circumstances of her Dad’s life, my brother Frank, didn’t stop us from remaining dear to each other and celebrating that we are family by blood and blessed in our family love for each other. She and I are family, I am blessed and thankful to be Rhonda’s paternal Aunt Nancy Loftis Naylor. Her obituary did not reflect our true relationship. Thankful to our Lord, Rhonda and I are family by birth and always have and will be in our hearts.

Learning of Rhonda’s passing over two years later, I will always cherish the memory of this, one of my favorite friends ever, and the warmth of Steve and her. They made life finer, the going home to Charleston from points abroad more special. With eternal love…until we meet again!

Dear Steve, I am so sorry for your loss. I have never forgoten you and Rhonda and feel priviledged to have worked with you when you and Rhonda fell in love. She was a very kind and considerate person and I was blessed to be able to call her friend, Best wishes to you and the boys.

I am so sorry to hear this news. I worked with Rhonda at Toys R Us and I must say she was one of the nicest people that I have ever meet. My thoughts and prayers go out to the family.

I went to Duval with Rhonda and I’m so sorry to hear of her passing. Keep the memories that you shared with her close to your heart and she’ll never leave you. She’s only a breath away. God bless you.

My thoughts and prayers are with the entire family. Just remember that she has now found her “perfect peace” and is resting comfortably with other loved ones and her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Her passing has left a large void in everyone who knew her and loved her but she did leave us all with one special gift that no amount of money could buy and that is memories.
