{"id":9667,"date":"1999-10-15T17:00:01","date_gmt":"1999-10-15T17:00:01","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/curryfuneralhome.org\/?p=9667"},"modified":"2019-07-05T17:00:51","modified_gmt":"2019-07-05T17:00:51","slug":"mariah-allen-bowman","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/curryfuneralhome.org\/?p=9667","title":{"rendered":"Mariah Allen Bowman"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Mariah Allen Bowman, 79, of Alum Creek, died Friday, October 15, 1999 at CAMC Memorial Division after a short illness.<\/p>\n<p>She was a retired nurse from Barboursville State Hospital, Barboursville and was a member of the Cobbs Creek Missionary Baptist Church, Sod.<\/p>\n<p>She is survived by her: Husband: General Bowman; 3 Daughters: Shirley Thompson of Alum Creek, WV; Joan Lane of St. Albans, WV; Janet Swartz of Parkersburg, WV; 2 Sons: Bryant Bowman of Alum Creek, WV; Giles Bowman of Charleston, WV; 1 Brother: Bill Allen of Clearwater, FL; 13 Grandchildren; 13 Great Grandchildren; 1 Great Great Granddaughter.<\/p>\n<p>Services will be held at Curry Funeral Home, Alum Creek, on Sunday, October 17, 1999 at 2:00 PM with Pastor Frank Chapman officiating. Burial will be held in Bowman Family Cemetery, Alum Creek.
