SHE WAS A MEMBER OF THE COBBS CREEK MISSIONARY BAPTIST CHURCH, SOD, A HOMEMAKER, A LIFELONG RESIDENT OF KANAWHA COUNTY AND SHE WAS NAMED THE ALUM CREEK CITIZEN OF THE YEAR IN 1989.
SHE IS SURVIVED BY HER: HUSBAND: EDWARD L. BELCHER; 3 DAUGHTERS: TERESA SINGER OF ALTOONA, PA; CHERYL BELCHER OF SO. CHARLESTON, WV; CARLYE FLETCHER OF SO. CHARLESTON, WV; 1 SON: EDDIE BELCHER OF SO. CHARLESTON, WV; 4 BROTHERS: DARRELL DUNCAN OF SO. CHARLESTON, WV; NILE DUNCAN OF CHARLESTON, WV; CHARLES DEXTER DUNCAN OF SO. CHARLESTON, WV; BOBBY DUNCAN OF SO. CHARLESTON, WV; 3 GRANDCHILDREN: RACHEL SINGER TODD EGNOR TONYA JUSTICE 3 GREAT GRANDCHILDREN: BRANDON AND CHELSEA JUSTICE; JACKSON EGNOR.
SERVICES WILL BE HELD AT CURRY FUNERAL HOME, ALUM CREEK, ON MONDAY, JANUARY 20, 1997 AT 1:00 PM WITH REV. WALLACE YORK OFFICIATING. BURIAL WILL BE HELD IN FORKS OF COAL MEMORIAL PARK, ALUM CREEK. FRIENDS MAY CALL ON SUNDAY, JANUARY 19, 1997 FROM 5:00 TO 8:00 PM AT THE FUNERAL HOME.
