GLENDA JEAN EPLER, 54, OF HUNTINGTON DIED MONDAY, NOVEMBER 16, 1998 AT HOME AFTER A LONG ILLNESS.
SHE WAS A DEVOTED WIFE AND HOMEMAKER AND A PARTNER WITH HER HUSBAND IN HIS 31 YEARS OF MINISTRY IN THE CHURCHES OF CHRIST.
SHE WAS PRECEDED IN DEATH BY HER PARENTS, ALLEN AND LORA BRINEGAR AND HER TWO BROTHERS, ALPHON AND CURTIS BRINEGAR.
SHE IS SURVIVED BY HER: HUSBAND: DAVID J. EPLER; 2 SONS: DAVID J. EPLER, II OF LAWTON, OK; DANIEL ELIJAH EPLER OF COVINGTON, TN; 1 DAUGHTER: DEBORAH ANNA HICKS OF ALUM CREEK, WV; 1 BROTHER: GOLDEN BRINEGAR OF HIX, WV; 6 SISTERS: GLENNA COLEMAN OF HIX, WV; GENEVA BREEN OF CORNING, OH; GOLDEE SEARS OF HIX, WV; GLADYS AKERS OF DANIELS, WV; GAIL MARTIN OF CHARLESTON, WV; GAY ROSE OF WHITE OAK, WV; 2 GRANDCHILDREN.
SERVICES WILL BE HELD AT SHOCKLEY HILL CHURCH OF CHRIST ON TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 17, 1998 AT 3:00 PM WITH MINISTER FRED DINKLER OFFICIATING. BURIAL WILL BE HELD IN THE BRINEGAR FAMILY CEMETERY, SHOCKLEY HILL. FRIENDS MAY CALL AT THE CHURCH ON TUESDAY FROM 1 TO 3 PM. CURRY FUNERAL HOME, ALUM CREEK, IS IN CARE OF ARRANGEMENTS.
