RALPH EGNOR, 67, OF YAWKEY DIED FRIDAY, JULY 24, 1998 AT HOME AFTER A LONG ILLNESS.

HE WAS A RETIRED LAB TECHNICIAN FROM UNION CARBIDE TECH CENTER, SOUTH CHARLESTON, WITH 35 YEARS OF SERVICE AND A MEMBER OF THE ALUM CREEK CHURCH OF CHRIST.

HE IS SURVIVED BY HIS: WIFE: LESSIE; 3 DAUGHTERS: DARLENE TACKETT OF SUMERCO, WV; CHERYL BOWE OF ASHLAND, KY; CINDY CHAPMAN OF CROSS LANES, WV; 7 GRANDCHILDREN.

SERVICES WILL BE HELD AT CURRY FUNERAL HOME, ALUM CREEK, ON MONDAY, JULY 27, 1998 AT 1:30 PM. BURIAL WILL BE HELD IN ORCHARD HILLS MEMORY GARDENS, YAWKEY. FRIENDS MAY CALL ON SUNDAY, JULY 26, 1998 FROM 7 TO 9 PM AT THE FUNERAL HOME. IN LIEU OF FLOWERS PLEASE MAKE DONATIONS TO THE AMERICAN DIABETES ASSOCIATION, 1221-A OHIO AVENUE, DUNBAR, WV 25064.
