FLOYD J. SIMPSON, 77, OF SOUTH CHARLESTON DIED MONDAY, APRIL 20, 1998 AT CAMP HILL HOLY SPIRIT HOSPITAL, EAST PENNSBORO, PENNSYLVANIA AFTER A SHORT ILLNESS.

HE WAS A RETIRED HEAVY EQUIPMENT OPERATOR FROM THE NAVAL ORDINANCE CENTER, SOUTH CHARLESTON AND A WWII MARINE VETERAN.

HE IS SURVIVED BY HIS: 1 SON: DOUGLAS SIMPSON OF LEWISBERRY, PA; 2 GRANDSONS: DOUGLAS C. SIMPSON OF PA; JOHN E. SIMPSON OF PA;
1 GREAT GRANDSON.

SERVICES WILL BE HELD AT CURRY FUNERAL HOME, ALUM CREEK, ON FRIDAY, APRIL 24, 1998 AT 11:00 AM WITH PASTOR MERLIN PROVANCE OFFICIATING. BURIAL WILL BE HELD IN GRACELAND MEMORIAL PARK, SOUTH CHARLESTON. FRIENDS MAY CALL ON THURSDAY, APRIL 23, 1998 FROM 7 TO 8:30 PM AT THE FUNERAL HOME.
