Clara Marie Cunningham, 75, of Martinsburg, formerly of Sod, died Wednesday, May 26, 1999 at City Hospital, Martinsburg, after a long illness.
She was a retired store owner of Cunningham Grocery at Sod and she attended the Sumerco Church of God.
She is survived by her: 1 Son: Charles C. Cecil, Jr. of Martinsburg, WV; 1 Daughter: Misty Dunlap of Martinsburg, WV; 2 Step-Sons: Sherman Cunningham, Jr. of Chester, VA; Phillip Cunningham of Chester, VA; 1 Step-Daughter: Phyllis Cecil of Martinsburg, WV; 1 Sister: Alberta Zepco of Berkley Springs, WV; 1 Half Sister: Macil Gillenwater of Sumerco, WV; 1 Brother: Leo Dunlap of Marmet, WV; 9 Grandchildren 8 Great Grandchildren
Services will be held at the Curry Funeral Home, Alum Creek, at 2:00 PM on Friday, May 28, 1999 with Pastor Roe Smith and Pastor Richard McCallister officiating. Burial will be held in Orchard Hills Memory Gardens, Yawkey. Friends may call on Thursday, May 27, 1999 from 7 to 9 PM at the funeral home.
