Dempsey F. Holstine, 76 of Brounland, died Friday, December 22, 2000 in Cabell Huntington Hospital, Huntington after a long illness.
He was a retired coal miner and attended the Potter House at Alum Creek and House of Prayer at Olcott.
He is survived by his Wife: Margie; 4 Daughters: Carolyn Sue Lewallan of St. Albans, WV; Mary Adkins of Hamlin, W V; Debbie Casto of Charleston, WV; Patty Morgan of Lewisburg, WV; 2 Sisters: Betty Vannater of Charleston, WV; Geneive Cantley of Charleston, WV; 17 Grandchildren; 4 Great Grandchildren.
Services will be held at Curry Funeral Home, Alum Creek, on Sunday, December 24, 2000 at 2:00 PM with Rev. Rick Harless and Eddie Belcher officiating. Burial will be in Holstine Cemetery at Dartmont. Friends may call one hour prior to service at the funeral home.
