Mildred Aldridge Chafin, 81 of Alum Creek, died Tuesday, November 14, 2000 at CAMC Memorial Division after a short illness.
She was a homemaker and a member of God’s Tabernacle, Spring Hill.
She is survived by her: 2 Sons: Jack Chafin of Alum Creek, WV; Clifford “Skip” Chafin of Laurinburg, NC; 2 Daughters: Patricia Barker of South Charleston, WV; Gloria Duncan of Charleston, WV; 1 Brother: James Aldridge of Leland, NC; 2 Sisters: Eula Cason of Barefoot Bay, FL; Ruby Plumley of South Charleston, WV; 9 Grandchildren; 8 Great Grandchildren.
Services will beheld at Curry Funeral Home, Alum Creek, on Friday, November 17, 2000 at 11:00 AM with Pastor Bill Stanley and Pastor Randy Stanley officiating. Burial will be held in Orchard Hills Memory Gardens, Yawkey. Friends may call on Thursday, November 16, 2000 from 7 to 9 PM at the funeral home.
