Emmett Slack, Jr., 60 of Elizabeth, died Sunday, November 12, 2000 at St. Joseph’s Hospital Parkersburg, after a short illness.
He was a retired coal miner from Valley Camp Coal Company.
He is survived by his: 1 Son: Larry Slack of Parkersburg, WV; 1 Daughter: Darlene Adams of Charleston, SC; Mother: Elsie Slack of Elizabeth, WV; 2 Sisters: Mary Holstein of Alum Creek, W V; Carol Holstein of Hernshaw, WV; 3 Grandchildren.
Services will beheld at Curry Funeral Home, Alum Creek, on Wednesday, November 15, 2000 at 2:00 PM with Rev. Shawn Graley officiating. Burial will be in the Marmet Cemetery, Marmet. Friends may call on Tuesday, November 14, 2000 from 6 to 8 PM at the funeral home.
