Beverley Kay Thaxton, 54 of Griffithsville, died Thursday, November 9, 2000 at home after a long illness.
She was a homemaker and a member of Eden Baptist Church, Griffithsville.
She is survived by her: Husband: Billy Thaxton; 1 Son: Timothy Thaxton of Yawkey, WV; 1 Brother: Gary Dunlap of Sod, WV; Mother and Step-Father: Marie and Al Vangundy of Griffithsville, WV; 1 Granddaughter: Kately Marie Thaxton.
Services will be held at Curry Funeral Home, Alum Creek, on Saturday, November 11, 2000 at 2:00 PM with Pastor Rick Cooper officiating. Burial will be held in Pine Grove Cemetery, McCorkle. Friends may call on Friday, November 10, 2000 from 6 to 8 PM at the funeral home.
