Audrey Lee Moore, 67 of Charleston, died Monday, August 14, 2000 at home after a long illness.
She was a retired employee from Shawnee Hills and she attended the Assembly of God in Chesapeake.
She is survived by her: Husband: Bill Jack Moore; 4 Sons: Timmy Akers of Parkersburg, WV; Frank Akers of Tornado, WV; Rusty D. Akers of Smith Creek, WV; Jimmie G. Moore of Charleston, WV; 1 Daughter: Joni Copen of Quick, WV; 3 Brothers: Kenneth Sampson of Charleston, WV; Tommy Sampson of Nashville, TN; Roy Sampson of Beckley, WV; 3 Sisters: Hazel Ball of South Charleston, WV; Gladys Clendenin of Melbourne, FL; Opal Sayre of St. Alban, WV; 8 Grandchildren; 4 Great Grandchildre.
Services will be held at Curry Funeral Home, Alum Creek, on Thursday, August 17, 2000 at 11:00 AM with Pastor Pete Payne officiating. Burial will be held in the family cemetery at Island Creek, Tornado. Friends may call on Wednesday, August 16, 2000 from 7 to 9 PM at the funeral home.
