Ellen Louise Elkins, 70 of Sumerco, died Sunday, August 13, 2000 at CAMC General Division after a long illness.
She was a homemaker and a member of the Sumerco Church of God.
She is survived by: 2 Sons: Jerry Elkins of Springfield, OH; Donald Elkins of Sumerco, WV; 3 Sisters: Elsie Pauley of Alum Creek, WV; Dixie Kidd of Alum Creek, WV; Margaret Jackson of Dunbar, WV; 1 Brother: Toy Turley of Alum Creek, WV; Caregiver: Caraletha Roberts of Alkol, WV; 4 Grandchildren; 3 Great Grandchildren.
Services will be held at the Curry Funeral Home, Alum Creek, on Wednesday, August 16, 2000 at 2:00 PM with Pastor Richard McCallister officiating. Burial will be held in Forks of Coal Cemetery, Alum Creek. Friends may call on Wednesday, August 16, 2000 one hour prior to the service.
