Rosie B. Harless Vickers, 90, of Sumerco died Sunday, March 19, 2000 at Thomas Memorial Hospital, South Charleston, after a long illness.
She was a homemaker, a member of the Merritts Creek Baptist Church, Merritts Creek, and a life long resident of Lincoln County.
She is survived by her: 1 Daughter: Elizabeth Ann Cummings of Sumerco, W V; 2 Sons: Isaac Harless of Garretts Bend, WV; Walter Harless of Sumerco, WV; 1 Brother: William Byrd of Yawkey, WV; 4 Sisters: Eliza Lucas of Beckley, W V; Bessie Cyrus of Hamlin, WV; Lucy Roberts of Alkol, W V; Cynthia Spears of MI; 8 Grandchildren; 10 Great Grandchildren.
Services will be held a Curry Funeral Home, Alum Creek, on Wednesday, March 22, 2000 at 11:00 AM with Rev. Eddie Johnson officiating. Burial will be held in Orchard Hills Memory Gardens, Yawkey. Friends may call on Tuesday, March 21, 2000 from 6 to 8 PM at the funeral home.
