Myrtie Ellen Kirk, 97, of South Charleston died Saturday, January 22, 2000 at Sunrise Care & Rehabilitation, Dunbar, after a long illness.
She attended Mahone Chapel at Ashford and Weslyan Church at Nellis and was a homemaker.
She is survived by her: Grandson: David Painter of South Charleston, WV; 2 Great Grandsons: Bryan and Troy Painter of South Charleston, WV.
Services will be held at Curry Funeral Home, Alum Creek, on Tuesday, January 25, 2000 at 11:00 AM with Pastor Fairley McCormick officiating. Burial will be held in Tyler Mountain Memory Gardens, Cross Lanes. Friends may call on Monday, January 24, 2000 from 6 to 8 PM at the funeral home.
