Hersey “Mike” Adkins, 34, of Madison died January 17, 2000 at Thomas Memorial Hospital, South Charleston after a long illness.
He is survived by his: Dad: Garrett Adkins of Alkol, WV; 1 Sister: Connie Hunter of Madison, WV; 2 Brothers: Rodney Adkins ofMcCorkle, WV; Leon Adkins of Hamlin, WV; 2 Half-Sisters: Amy Adkins of Alkol, WV; Cristen Adkins of Alkol, WV.
Services will be held at Curry Funeral Home, Alum Creek, on Friday, January 21,2000 at 2:00 PM. Burial will be held in the Old Pine Grove Cemetery, McCorkle. Friends may call on Thursday, January 20, 2000 from 6 to 8 PM at the funeral home.
