J. D. Huffman, 65 of Alkol died Wednesday, March 28, 2001 at Lincoln Continuous Care in Hamlin after a long illness.
He was a heavy equipment operator.
He is survived by his: Wife: Thelma; 2 Sons: Alan Huffman of Griffithsville, WV; Clarence Huffman of Alkol, W V; 2 Daughters: Lisa Huffman of Alkol, WV; Rita Lawrence of Sod, WV; 2 Brothers: Jackie &Sammy HuiTivan both of Alkol, WV; 4 Sisters: Joe Street, Debbie Clark & Bonnie Janes all of Alkol, WV; Janet Chambers of Culloden, WV; 6 Grandchildren.
Services will be 1:00 PM Saturday, Mazch 31, 2001 at Curry Funeral Home, Alum Creek with Rev. Rexal Cooper and Rev. Buck Adkins officiating. Burial will be in Beech Grove Cemetery, Yawkey.. Friends may call from 7 to 9 PM on Friday at the funeral home.
