Alfie M. Saul, 82, of Yawkey died Tuesday, February 20, 2001 after a long illness at Cabell Huntington Hospital.
He was retired from FMC, an Army veteran of W WII , a lifelong resident of Lincoln County and last attended Eden Baptist Church, Yawkey, West Virginia.
He is survived by: 2 Sons &Daughter- in-Law: Danny &Joyce Saul of Yawkey, WV; Johnny Saul of Yawkey, WV; 1 Brother: Boyd Saul of Florida; 1 Sister: Margaret Miller of Florida; 5 Grandchildren 7 Great Grandchildren.
Services will be held at Curry Funeral Home, Alum Creek, on Friday, February 23, 2001 at 2:00 PM with Pastor William Layne officiating. Burial will be in Orchard Hills Memory Gardens, Yawkey. Friends may call on Thursday, February 22, 2001 from 7 to 9 PM at the funeral home.
