Ralph “Mac” M. McClure, 83, of Charleston died Thursday, February 15, 2001 at CAMC Memorial Division after a short illness.
He was a retired supervisor in order processing at Union Carbide, South Charleston, a member of Oakwood Baptist Church where he served as a deacon and various others positions of leadership. He was a volunteer at the Shepherd Center in Charleston. He was a WWII Army veteran.

He is survived by his: Wife: Lois McClure; 3 Daughters and Son-in-laws: Pam &Bob Vicars, Charleston, WV; Patty &Gib Hunter of Oxford, OH; Nancy &Bob Guttendorf, Ann Arbor, MI; 1 Sister: Wanda Neal of St. Albans, WV; 5 Grandchildren: Sara, Chris, Beth, Kathryn & Nathan.

Services will be held at Oakwood Baptist Church on Sunday, February 18, 2001 at 2:00 PM with Rev. Lee White and Pastor David Bess officiating. Entombment will be in Graceland Memorial Park Mausoleum, South Charleston. Friends may call on Saturday, February 17, 2001 from 4 to 6 PM at the church and one hour prior to service on Sunday. In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations to the Oakwood Baptist Church Building Fund, 855 Oakwood Road, Charleston, WV 25314. Curry Funeral Home of Alum Creek is in charge of arrangements.
