Jessie B. Ryan, 100, of Hurricane, formerly of Alkol, went home to be with the Lord Tuesday, November 12, 2002, in Putnam General Hospital, Hurricane, after a long illness.
She was a homemaker and a member of Sycamore Grove Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her daughter, Izola Meadows this past Saturday.
She is survived by: 2 Daughters &Son-in-law: Louise Griffith of Alkol, WV Judy and Rudy Priestley of Hurricane, WV; 1 Son and Daughter-in-law: Robert D. Jr. and Sue Ryan, of Scott Depot, WV;13 Grandchildren 29 Great Grandchildren, 19 Great Great Grandchildren;
Service will be 11:00 AM Friday, November 15, 2002 at Curry Funeral Home, Alum Creek, with Rev. Paul Meadows officiating. Burial will be in Orchazd Hills Memory Gardens, Yawkey. Friends may call from 6 to 8 PM Thursday, November 14, 2002 at the funeral home.
