Sophia Dolores Smith, 90, of Teays Valley, formerly of Alum Creek, died Wednesday, September 18, 2002 after a long illness.
She was a homemaker, a member of Forks of Coal Missionary Baptist Church and the Dunbar Eastern Star.
She is survived by: 1 Daughter: Janet Perry of Scott Depot, WV; Niece: Jean Tauck of California.
Service will be 2:00 PM Friday, September 20, 2002 at Curry Funeral Home, Alum Creek, with Pastor David Cyphers officiating. Burial will be in Graceland Memorial Park, South Charleston. Friends may call from 6 to 8 PM on Thursday, September 19, 2002 at the funeral home.
