Patricia Ann Barker, 57, of South Charleston passed away Thursday, June 13, 2002 at CAMC General Division after a long illness.
She is a member of God’s Tabernacle, Spring Hill and a former member of Valley Drive Church of God Mission. She was preceded in death by her husband, Rev. Bobby G. Barker; her parents, Homer & Mildred Chafin; and sister, Edith Nunn.
She is survived by: Son: Richazd Barker of South Charleston, WV; Daughter: Rita Marinelli of Charleston, WV; 2 Brothers: Jack Chafin of Alum Creek, W V Clifford “Skip” Chafin of North Carolina; Sister: Gloria Duncan of South Charleston, WV; 6 Grandchildren: Amanda, Ryan, Owen, Tony, Joshua & Peter.
Services will be held at Curry Funeral Home, Alum Creek, Sunday, June 16, 2002 at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Randy Stanley officiating. Burial will be in Orchard Hilis Memory Gardens, Yawkey. Friends may call Saturday, June 1 s, 2002 from 6 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.
