James S. “Crockett” Rutledge, 60, of Alum Creek, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, May 7, 2002.
He is survived by his: Wife: Wilma; 2 Sons: James Adam Rutledge, II of Hurricane; Joshua Allen Rutledge at home; 1 Daughter: Crystal Thomas of Scott Depot; 2 Brothers: Harold Rutledge of Lorain, OH; Freeman Dean Rutledge of Willits, CA; 1 Sister: Donna Kay Miller of Troy, MO; 5 Grandchildren: James, Kristin, and Joseph Rutledge William and Emily Thomas.
Service will be Saturday, May 11, 2002 at 2:00 PM at Curry Funeral Home, Alum Creek with Pastor Burt Hall officiating. Burial will be in Cobb Family Cemetery, Alum Creek. Friends may call at the funeral home on Friday, May 10, 2002 from 7 to 9 PM.
