Jack E. Thomas

Jack E. Thomas, 53, of South Charleston, went home to be the Lord on Tuesday, May 25, 2004 in Thomas Memorial Hospital, South Charleston, after a short illness.
He attended Trinity Baptist Church, Ruth. He was graduate of West Virginia State University and retired from Painters Allied Loca1970 in Charleston. Jack was a Navy veteran.

He is survived by his father, Carlotte Thomas of South Charleston; brother, Bill Thomas of Frame; sisters, Bev Seidman of New Jersey, Carla Settles of Owenton, Kentucky; niece, Christina Thomas of Morgantown; longtime friend, Diana Cunningham of Melbourne, Florida.

A memorial service will be 10:00 AM on Thursday, May 27, 2004 at Curry Funeral Home, Alum Creek, with Rev. Gene Pauley officiating. Family will receive friends one hour prior to service. In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations to the American Cancer Society. Additional memorial services will beheld in Martin, Georgia and Melbourne, Florida.
