Linda Sue Kirk Spencer, 58, of Charleston, went to be with her Lord Jesus Christ on Tuesday, February 11, 2004 at home.
She was an employee of CAMC with 32 years as a nursing assistant and a housekeeping tech. Linda also was a long time member of Mt. Olivet Baptist Church in Kanawha City.
She is survived by her: Husband: Mike; Son: David Royse of Charleston; Brothers: Hank Kirk of Taylor, MI; George W. Kirk of Sissonville; Leon Kirk of Cross Lanes; Sisters: Patricia Williams of Brounland; Vaughna Kay Priestley of Lexington, KY; Jeanette Larch of Snellville, GA; Granddaughter: Elizabeth Grace.
Services will be held at Curry Funeral Home, Alum Creek, on Friday, February 13, 2004 at 11:00 AM with Pastor Tom Hughey and Pastor Travis Bradley officiating. Burial will be held at Graceland Memorial Park, South Charleston. Friends may call on Thursday from 6 to 8 PM at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations be made to Kanawha Hospice Care, 1143 Dunbar Avenue, Dunbar, WV 25064.
