Dear Virgil and Virginia were our neighbors in Charleston 15 years. When corridor G took our houses, it changed all our lives our little neighbor hood parties, just go to talk. R.I.P. Virgil, and reunite with the love of your life and soulmate, Virginia. Kathy and Frank and family will be in my prayers, with love, Robin Stewart Hayes.
Virgil was a neighbor of mine for many years. No matter where you saw him he had a big smile and a hearty laugh.
I’m so honored to have met Virgil. He indeed was one of my favorite veterans. God bless all of you.
