Frances, You know how much I loved John and yourself. I am so so sorry to hear about his loss! He was by far my most favorite patient at the Foot and Ankle Clinic. He will be deeply missed! I know how much he liked me. Makes me feel special. If you need anything you know where to find me sweetie. My heart is broken. He always made me laugh. One thing I’m thankful for is getting the chance to meet him. I’m also thankful that I got me a hug the last time he was there ?? something told me. God bless you all and will remain in my thoughts and prayers. Much love, Tiffany at the foot Doctor.
Every time The Humphreys were invited to sing at Rumble, this sweet man was always there early and the things he said and did brought joy into our lives. He specifically picked on me (Sandy) and I would try to pick on him – lol! We will miss him next time we visit Rumble but one day soon, we will join him in Heaven where no one will be old, sick, sad, or tired… This world is not my home – I’m just passing through – the angels beckon me from Heaven’s open door – and I can’t feel at home in this world anymore!” See you soon, Johnnie!
Dear Aunt Francis I am sad for you but also happy now that Uncle Johnnie is in heaven. I am sorry we cannot come up now as my husband has diamentia for 5 yrs now. Very tired now. Words seem inadequate to express the sorrow felt by the loss of Johnnie. My heart is with you. As well as this beautiful encouraging promise, John 5:28,29 “Do not be amazed at this, for the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out.” Imagine that day when all our dear loved ones are brought back to life through a resurrection and reunited with us again. What a truly beautiful promise of comfort and hope and how we long for that special day so close at hand.
Our thoughts and prayers are with you at this difficult time
