Ervin EskewErvin Athel Eskew, 83, of South Charleston went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, July 19, 2017 at home.

He was a retired welder for Kanawha Manufacturing.  Ervin attended Hilltop Baptist Church.  He loved hunting, fishing and hunting ginseng.

Ervin was preceded in death by his wife, Dreama; brother, Alfred; sister, Virgie; and parents, Kyle and Edith Eskew.

He is survived by daughters, Sandy (Bob) Black, Debbie Ewing and Jacqueline Eskew (Brandon Oldham); sons, Joseph (Ashley) Eskew and Dale Eskew;  brother, Burlin (Sue) Eskew; sister, Linda Bailey; and seven grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.

Service will be 3:00 p.m. Sunday, July 23, 2017 at Curry Funeral Home in Alum Creek with Pastors Jim Lennox and Frank Chapman officiating.  Burial will be  11:00 a.m. Monday, July 24, at Graceland Memorial Park in South Charleston.  The family will receive friends Sunday 1 hour prior to the service at the funeral home

We are deeply sorry the loss of your dad and you are on four different churches prayer list and we are right here for you . He was amazing man and caring /loveable, and he did for sure loved his grandchildren and loved his family members .just reach out to us any time day or night .we are right here now and forever and always.
