Narciza H. Cooper, 79, of Griffithsville, WV, went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, November 9, 2016 at Hubbard Hospice West, South Charleston after a long illness.
She was born in Panama City, Panama. She was a long time Christian, wonderful wife, mother and grandmother.
She was preceded in death by her infant son and her parents Juan and Geneva Hernandez.
She is survived by her husband of 58 years, Bernard; children, Lynda (Kenny) Lawrence, Alan (Rita) Cooper, Bruce (Linda) Cooper, Ritchie (Shelly) Cooper and Elizabeth Turner; seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren, as well as her long time caregiver Tiffany Scarberry.
A private family gathering was held at Sumerco Church of God. The family would like to give a special thanks to the staff at Hospice West and others who cared for her along the way.
