Debra Ann Holstein, 57, of Alum Creek went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, March 19, 2016 at Hubbard Hospice House, Charleston.
Debbie was a kind loving wife, mother, grandmother and sister. She attended Brier Creek Baptist Church. She loved spending time with her daughter and granddaughter, who were the twinkle of her eyes. Debbie worked as a cook for George Washington High School for the last 17 years, and she loved to bake cakes for her family and friends.
Welcoming Debbie to heaven were her parents, Richard and Glenda Roberts and daughter, Keri L. Holstein.
Left to cherish her memory are her loving husband of 39 years, Gary Holstein; daughter, Erin (Michael) Graley, granddaughter, Aspyn Graley; Mercedes, Griffin and Titan whom she loved as her own; brothers, Ricky, Randy and Mark (Ashley) Roberts; and a host of other family members and friends.
Service will be 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, March 23, 2016 at Curry Funeral Home, Alum Creek with Pastor Michael Graley officiating. Burial will follow at Graceland Memorial Park, South Charleston. The family will receive friends 1 hour prior to the service.
The family would like to thank Dr. Michael Schiano, Mary Schiano and all his staff for the great care given over the last 13 years and also to the staff at Hubbard Hospice House.
So sorry for your loss. Debbie will be greatly missed. Love and prayers for the family.

Debbie was a very sweet person. We went to school together and a very nice and loving girl. She will be in a better place than this earth. She will be with her mother and daughter. ……..I have been praying for all her family and friends. RIP Debbie <3
