Wilma Elizabeth “Liz” Dempsey, 85, of Julian passed away Friday, March 4, 2016 At Hubbard Hospice House, Charleston.
She was owner and operator of J & L Tavern at Ruth for 20 years.
She is survived by daughter, Ruth Browning of Julian; sister, Reba Taylor of Elkview; 4 grandchildren, Hope, Gary, Angie and Joshua; 10 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.
There will be no services.
