We will miss you very much, Uncle Gene. I always loved talking about books with you and your stories about Grandma Vazzie. I am sad for your loved ones left behind, but I am glad that you’ve been reunited with your family, especially Michael and Grandma. I know that we will see you again in Heaven. May you rest in peace. <3

Sad to say farewell to Papaw Gene. We will miss your smile, crazy jokes and the endless quarters you had in your pockets for the girlies. This is not a final goodbye, we will meet again and share stories forever in Heaven. Keep the grass mowed so the kids can play. We love you and will miss you.
