On Saturday God looked down and saw his servant Junior Smith growing more weary by the moment. The Book of Life showed he had served him for many years and was a faithful and upright man.He was escorted to his Heavenly Home by angels carrying him to the throne of Grace where he worshiped his risen Saviour. He left behind his loving wife Texas who were married for many years, daughters Sandy, and Tina, a son Elvin and several grand-children all of whom he loved very deeply and very proud of. He left something more precious then gold to his loved ones,a great heritage. One of giving your life to the Lord and serving Him faithfully moment by moment.Being a great witness to the world. He left you the wisdom of Solomon, obedience of Abraham, faithfulness of David, teachings of Christ. It’s all written down for you to read and follow the directions.Keep his memory alive, don’t let the little ones forget their grandpa.Remember all the happy times, a smile will help you heal quicker. Our lose is Heaven’s gain. We love you all and you’ll be in our thoughts and prayers may God give you strength, comfort and peace within. You all have the promise of seeing him again someday soon. ”WHAT A DAY THAT WILL BE WHEN MY JESUS I SHALL SEE”.
