Clifford Wayne Griffith, 70, of Yawkey went home to be with his Lord Monday, June 1,2015.
He was retired from the WV Department of Highways and a member of Porter Fork Baptist Church.
Clifford was preceded in death by his parents, Ezra and Louvena McClure Griffith and sister, Elaine Mannon.
He is survived by several nieces and nephews.
Funeral service will be 2:00 pm Friday at the Porter Fork Baptist Church with Pastor Richard Ruby officiating. Burial will follow at Orchard Hills Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
It is rare that anyone can say “I have never heard a bad word against” someone. But that is true for Clifford. He was a kind soul who would do anything that he could to help someone. He always had a big laugh and a story to tell. He will be missed by a lot of friends and neighbors.
