Aunt Kay & Uncle Gary, I have not words to express how sorry I am that Mark lost his battle. Being a parent myself I cannot imagine the heartache you must feel. Know that you are now and forever in my heart and in my prayers. Mindy
We are so sorry for the loss of Mark as a husband, father, son and brother. He was always a pleasure to be around. I smile when I think of him. Love to you Jane and your children.
We are so saddened by the loss of such a wonderful person. We are sorry we cannot make it to the celebration of Mark’s life! Please know that our hearts are there with you! We are sending special hugs to Jane and the children… how I loved getting to know the children at church! May God be with you these next days – filling you with wonderful memories, giving you strength to endure, and comfort in knowing that he is indeed with our Lord!
Our heartfelt condolences & prayers go out to Mark’s family.& friends. We didn’t know about his illness so were shocked to
hear of his passing. He was a credit to his family & friends, he was a delightful person to be around. We just pray that God’s love will surround you & give you comfort .
Dear Kay and Family,
Roland and I extend our heartfelt sympathy at your loss. We lost a son in 2002 and know your pain. Our arms send you comfort, our heart sends prayers and time will bring some relief.
Our heart goes out to Marks family. Mark and I had many prayers and conversations, during his battle. He kept such a positive attitute and fought with all his might, to conquor this sickness, that so violently attacked his body. But the other morning, Mark won the battle, in that his faith was fixed on our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. He left his house of clay, changed address’ and is now resting with Jesus. “To Be absent of the body, is to be present with The Lord” .. We pray for his wife Jane, their children, Gary, Kay and family, The Lord give them strength in this difficult time. Mark’s timely FB Post will forever be missed by his many FB family…. RIP It is not Goodbye.. But only Farewell, for a season… We Shall Meet Again, Heaven’s Sounding Sweeter All Time……
We were all sad to hear of Mark’s passing. He was a true family friend and will be missed. His personal story has been an inspiration to many – our conolences to his beautiful wife and children as well as his parents, sisters and brother. Revelation 21:3 and 4 And I heard a loud voice from the throne, saying, “Behold, the tabernacle of God is among men, and He will dwell among them, and they shall be His people, and God Himself will be among them, 4and He will wipe away every tear from their eyes; and there will no longer be any death; there will no longer be any mourning, or crying, or pain; the first things have passed away.”
So sorry for you loss!! I meet Mark while working at BB&T South Hills and he was so great to see. He was so nice and I’m glad I got the chance to know him. He will be missed!!
So very sad- our deepest sympathy goes out to all the family. Craig and I feel very fortunate to have had the privilege of knowing Mark. He was truly an amazing friend-kind, funny, and there are many great memories from our youth that can be credited to him. It saddens us that we had lost contact over the years, but we are comforted by the knowledge that he was surrounded by such great friends and family.
Our deepest condolences,
We are so sorry! The quote which reminds us most of Mark is: “All men die, but few really live”. Mark Really Lived-and he always had a spark in his eye, a quick grin, and a great zest for life! He always was quick to talk about his love for you Jane, Brittany, Cailin, and John, and all of his family and friends. He was also always there when someone needed help. We have great memories of Mark which will never fade. He will be greatly missed!
I am so very, very sorry to hear about Mark’s passing. Such a nice person who also had a good sense of humor. In fact, when recalling upon kind individuals from my youth, Mark’s face was always among them. I had not had any contact with him in many years. Even so, my fondness of Mark has remained firm in my heart. My sincere condolences to his parents, siblings, wife, children, and extended family members during this difficult time.
What a great picture! Captures your personallity perfectly, Mark.
So many good times. So many great memories. You will be missed, old friend.
xoxo

As a parent I know the extreme sense of loss in the passing of Mark. To Matt and Mark you’ve lost a brother a mentor a friend and you have my deepest sympathy. I’ve talked to Jane on occasion and have nothing but respect and good things to say about Mark, but she would already know that. We’re always told that our loved ones are in a better place now and I certainly hope that’s true but, it was pretty great with Mark here. God Speed and our thoughts are with you all here in California.
My deepest regards,
Robert Cox and everyone from R&B Welding Applications
