I’d like to express my sympathy in the loss of your mother. I remember many summers at the Nazarene campground in Summersville when she looked after a bunch of teenage girls. At the time my family members belonged to the Marmet Church of the Nazarene. My mom and dad, Gordon and Mickey Davis, eventually became members of the Davis Creek church. My dad started at the old church when he was a young man, coming down from a mountain to attend services. Florence Walling married them there in 1943. Dad died in 1989 and my mom joined him this past summer at the age of 88. Your mom will be greeted by many.
