Richard Okey “Ricky” Williams, Jr., 63, of Charleston, WV, passed away Saturday, October 17, 2026, at his home.  He is preceded in death by his parents, Richard and Shirley Williams.

Ricky was a graduate of George Washington High School and a former employee of CAMC-Materials Handling.

He is survived by his siblings, Catherine (Jimmie) Ingram, Keith (Gillian) Williams and Mary (Terrie) Williams and several nieces and nephews.

Graveside service will be 11:00am Saturday, October 24, 2026, at Graceland Memorial Park, South Charleston, WV.
